I can record attendance by checking in the people who attended. But if I have 5000 people coming every Sunday, it is not possible to check-in who attends or who is absent. We only do physical headcounts. So how can I then record in to total attendance figure and still see it recorded in the dashboard and report? Joshua W

    Hi Joshua,

Thanks for the question. You can record "Stats" like Head count and giving on a "Meeting" as shown in the video. Though as you point out this doesn't currently show on the dashboard. Our team are working on new Dashboards that let you customize what is displayed, including being able to have Meeting stats displayed.

Head to https://ucarehq.com/features/dashboards/ and fill in the interest form so that we con notify you when it's ready.

In the meantime you can go to the Sync Center and use the Church Metrics option to sync all your data to Church Metrics. This is a free service that will let you add key info to charts and even have them email to different people on a schedule that you specify.
