Changing subscription settings

At the top right of the screen tap on your name and tap Settings in the menu, then on the settings page tap Subscription.

 

Subscription settings is where you change your account manager and credit card that is charged each month.

The account manager is the person who is responsible for the account. The credit card that is entered will be billed every month and then an invoice will be sent to the account manager to confirm that payment was successful.

Tip: If you are currently trialing UCare and looking to sign up then simply enter your credit card info to activate your account. If your trial has not finished yet then you wont actually get billed until your trial ends.

Tip: If your church is located in Australia and would like to pay via Direct Deposit instead of using a credit card then simply email support@ucarehq.com with your request.

Note: Because of various payment restriction on iOS and Android devices we can not accept payments in the phone app. Instead you'll need to open UCare in your webbrowser in order to enter your creditcard details.

Past invoices

Outstanding and past invoices are also displayed on this page, you can click on any of them to view and print if you require a copy.
