Changing subscription settings

Settings can be accessed from the nav bar, if you're using a phone then you may need to first tap 

 

Subscription settings is where you change your account manager and subscription credit card details. The account manager is the person who is responsible for the account. The credit card that is entered will be billed every month and then a invoice will be sent to the account manager to confirm that payment has been made.

Tip: If you are looking to sign up then simply enter your credit card info to activate your account, if your trial has not finished yet then you wont actually get billed until your trial ends.

Tip: If your church is located in Australia and would like to pay via Direct Deposit instead of using a credit card then simply email support@ucarehq.com with your request.
